Which visits are included?

Nestled to the west is the district of Potrerillos, where you'll find the Potrerillos Dam, endowed with great beauty. In the town of the same name, there are several mountain villages (Las Chacritas, El Carmelo, Las Carditas, El Salto, Manantiales, Villa de San Jorge, Las Vegas, Piedras Blancas, Vallecitos, and Los Zorzales), all very picturesque, with weekend houses, campgrounds, places for hiking, and rock climbing, all located in the vicinity of the Cordón del Plata.

Puente del Inca is included in the Andean road system "Qhapac Ñan" - Camino del Inca - and therefore integrates a site declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO: the protection of the Natural Bridge of biomineral origin over the Cuevas River, with unique characteristics, although not unique in the world, it is considered a provincial, national, and international attraction pole, representing a tourist attraction. This locality is characterized by having elements of considerable heritage value due to its historical, architectural, social, and cultural meanings.

This area is internationally known for the highest mountain in the Western Hemisphere, Aconcagua, at 6962 m. It protects the Andes mountain range region, where it reaches the highest altitude in America, with numerous peaks over 5,000 m. Furthermore, it preserves glaciers that give rise to rivers and natural beauty that attracts visitors from around the world. The park has archaeological values; in fact, Aconcagua itself was a ceremonial site for the Incas, which is why it is part of the Andean road system, for example, along with Puente del Inca, which is a short distance away. It is declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.
