South Uco Valley

The construction of the winery began in 2013 and was inaugurated in 2016. The building pays tribute to the mountain, which defines both the climate and the soils of the region. The construction was done with natural elements, using local stones. The tanks and amphorae are the result of years of experimentation in the search for the ideal vessel that allows for a more natural process in the musts and wines.

Such devotion to wine had to culminate in the perfect pairing: Crux Cocina, a charming and elegant mountain bistro that delights with its incredible view of the Andes reflected in a small water mirror. Its multi-course cuisine and sublime Argentine flavors combine perfectly with the winery's wines and the style of the chefs who showcase their art on the tables.
